How do I buy or place an order?

Please allow 3 days for order processing, after which we will contact you to confirm pickup or delivery time.
Payment and Shipping
We provide free delivery for a minimum of 15 bottles or RM150 in total value within a 20km radius of Bangsar.
For smaller amounts, you may pick up from Bangsar or from the outlets listed above. Please pre-pay via bank transfer (account number will be provided on request) or pay cash on pick-up or delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We have tested our recipe extensively and we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If you are truly unhappy or you find the product is spoiled in any way, we would love to know so we can improve our recipe and ensure that our high standard of quality is maintained. Contact us with your feedback and know that we will refund the full amount of your purchase on the return of unconsumed or spoiled product. Please read the labels carefully. Keep Amrita Kefir and Kombucha refrigerated and open the bottles slowly. Be aware that all fermented products contain a small amount of alcohol.
